Check it out! We now have a sign up form so you can receive all the latest blog posts via email, directly to your InBox! No more checking the site just to see if there is a new post – even though you will of course still want to visit the website… wink, wink! Just visit Dr. Spiegel’s Blog Page and enter your email in the “Subscribe To Our Blog” box at the top right corner, above the Recent Posts section. Then just type what you see into the prove you’re not a robot verification box. That’s all there is to it and you will be on your way to getting all the great information, funny bits, and community goings-on delivered straight to you.
