Consultation Overview

Before coming to see Dr. Spiegel you will find it helpful to view the procedure guide, video consultation and the before and after photo album.

The video consultation and procedure guide are both wonderful ways to familiarize yourself with the different procedures Dr. Spiegel offers and the Restoration Process as a whole.  The video consultation requires a username and password which you can obtain by submitting the password request form found on the video consultation page.  The photo album allows you to see before and after photos of many of the procedures Dr. Spiegel offers.

Upon arriving at your first visit you will complete a new patient packet.  The packet includes a Patient History form which you may print and fill out ahead of time if you wish. It is important that you fill the forms out as thoroughly and completely as possible, as the information is very important in your treatment. You will then meet Dr. Spiegel and her team. They will review your history and have a brief interview with you.

A physical examination then follows and photographs are taken that are used exclusively for your chart. Once the history and physical are performed, we then discuss and outline the individual restorative options that are available for you. We discuss your lifestyle, activity level, medical status, body type as well as expectations and answer questions before making any decisions. It is also helpful to have a significant other or a family member accompany you; they can be an important source of support that can help you in making decisions.
